Humbled and grateful to Her Excellency, Mrs. Nandini Singla, for gracing us with her presence at today’s event. We, as daughters of India, are extremely proud of having a strong woman like her as the first female High Commissioner of India.
It was a moment which will go down in the history of IIWA in golden words. Coming from the largest continent in the world, it has been a big challenge to adapt to life on an island and turning it into our home. Dealing with the language, new environment, new lifestyle while keeping our Indian values and culture intact was appreciated by her. As she graced us with the name of the “Real ambassadors of India”
Her heart to heart talk has left a huge impact on our mind and soul. We are proud to have Her Excellency, Mrs. Nandini Singla, as our representative.
